After the transcriptionist has done his/her work, the completed document may then flow back to the MTSO, or on to a QA checker en route to the MTSO.  At the MTSO location, integration may occur with demographic data provided by the physician.  When the document is ready for delivery, it flows to the physician site, where it may be printed out, archived, or integrated into on-site electronic medical records systems.
