Why only U.S. and Canadian
transcription services?

practices and hospitals in the US and Canada seeking transcription services.
U.S. requests are matched with U.S. transcription services, Canadian requests
are matched with Canadian services, unless the medical practice or hospital has
used an optional area code request which enables them to search across borders.
If medical practices from other countries begin making requests we will match
them to transcription services within their country.
Why are only select
transcription services allowed to participate in TRANSCRIPTION MATCH?
When medical practices or other organizations are
looking for transcription services, they are seeking those with experience not
only in their particular specialty, but with experience in servicing accounts
and anticipating the needs that arise such as backup provisions, technology
changes, etc. Medical practices and hospitals are promised "pre-screened,
pre-qualified" services. We feel that only a service with at least 3 years
experience is ready to "take the client by the hand", so to speak, and provide
all-around professional service. Transcription services not meeting these
criteria are certainly invited to advertise to thousands of physicians on
MedicalTranscription.com, to become either employees or contractors to the
medical practices that hire them. Once they have met the 3 year qualification
they may participate in TRANSCRIPTION MATCH. Our goal is to not only find work
for transcription services, but to provide proven, reliable services to medical

No way! By joining TRANSCRIPTION MATCH, you have
already paid for the services provided by MedicalTranscription.com. We
provide advertising services and we match potential service providers with
potential clients. Once you have landed a client, that client is yours for as
long as you continue to provide the excellent service to which you have
committed.
How will I be billed?
First, Bronze level listings are
free. For Silver and Gold levels, at these very low prices we don't send out bills. When you sign up for a monthly, quarterly or annually renewing subscription, your credit card will be charged automatically and on your statement will read "MedicalTranscription subscription renewal".
What if I decide to
terminate the subscription?
Just send an email to support@medicaltranscription.com. We cannot refund for any
subscription already paid for, but as long as your notice is received more than
3 days before your next renewal date your account will be de-activated. To be
frank, the only instance in which we anticipate a need to terminate will be for
a service that has TOO MUCH WORK!
