Confidentiality: ABC Transcription shall maintain strict confidentiality of the information contained within the reports transcribed for Fictitious Hospice Care. ABC Transcription does covenant in accordance with this paragraph to take reasonable steps to maintain the confidentiality of reports dictated by personnel at Fictitious Hospice Care and in pursuit thereof shall communicate to all of its employees, both present and in the future, in writing, the confidentiality that must be maintained with respect to all dictation emanating from the staff at Fictitious Hospice Care. All ABC Transcription employees and partners execute a Confidentiality Agreement.

Medical Transcription Proposal
Volume/Work Type: The volume of dictation to be provided by Fictitious Memorial Hospital to ABC Transcription shall be (to be determined) lines per day with increases as requested by Fictitious Memorial Hospital. Work type will be all reports generated by dictating personnel at Fictitious Memorial Hospital.
Work shall be returned within 24 hours of receipt of dictation into the ABC Transcription server. Stat service available.
Dictation/ADT Information: ABC Transcription shall install and maintain a Fabulous dictation system and ftp server on site at Fictitious Memorial Hospital to replace an outdated system and will draw work from this system for transcription. The system shall remain the property of ABC Transcription.
Equipment/Software: Reports will be transcribed in Microsoft Word according to format provided by Fictitious Memorial Hospital. Transmittal of reports will be via secure, password protected ftp to the Fictitious Memorial Hospital site for interface into existing MIS system with the cooperation of the Fictitious Memorial Hospital IT Staff. A no-cost transcription database may be installed as well, at the option of Fictitious Memorial Hospital.

Medical Transcription Proposal
Volume/Work Type: The volume of dictation to be provided by Generic Medical Publisher, Inc. to ABC Transcription shall be approximately 200 60-minute audio tapes to be transcribed in interview format, identifying speakers at each occurrence.
Work shall be sent to ABC Transcription in partial batches beginning February 12, 1998 and transcription shall continue until work is completed with a tentative deadline of February 28, 1998.
Equipment/Software: Reports will be transcribed in Microsoft Word in standard interview format. Transmittal of reports will be via email or other file transfer method as requested by Generic Medical Publisher, Inc. with one interview per Word file.
Dictation/ADT Information: Dictation shall be performed by the translator contracted by Generic Medical Publisher, Inc. (or partners thereof) and shall consist of one voice with clear audio and diction.
Re-Recording Service: Shall be performed by ABC Transcription and is included in the proposed fee for services.
